Imagine our delight when we were asked to help Greggs to achieve a fast turnaround refurbishment of one of their midlands stores.

Our surveyors were quickly dispatched and the survey and drawings freshly delivered to the agreed timescales, and lunch was the best it has ever been.

Greggs are a very familiar site on UK high streets and we are delighted to be helping them to achieve the quick delivery of their refurbishment works.

You could say this type of work is our “bread and butter”

The projects, one for Lloyds Pharmacy Prestatyn, and one for MedicX Pharmacy Hemel Hempstead, were shortlisted with the winners being announced in May.

We are rightfully proud of our involvement in these projects, and we look forward to hearing the results in a few months time.

Successful projects like these are always the result of great teamwork and collaboration between client, designer and shopfitter, and these projects are testament to that fact.

Things have moved on along way in that time and we still have along way to go. Many Challenges face us in the future, but if we approach them with the same commitment passion and desire we wont go far wrong

The site in Hounslow, Middlesex has been a triumph of collaborative working with the vision of the client, a great design utilising the best possible use of space delivered by a superb team of on site contractors.

We are delighted to see this project come to life, and it certainly is a great outcome for all concerned, and provides a wonderful new location for pharmacy medicines and services for the people of Hounslow

Our next site is well under way, and we look forward to reporting on this in due course.

This is my 6^th week here and everything is going really well. The team are so lovely and friendly, making me feel very welcome from my first day.

The projects I have been working on so far are very exciting, being retail and pharmacy design amongst having a huge amount of freedom designing our most recent project for a city bar which was exhilarating seeing initial ideas being developed and put into place.

It is great working for a busy practice constantly getting involved with new projects and visiting my first long distance survey last week, in which I have been told I can look forward to many more of these to come, which is a delight!

After graduating from Nottingham Trent University earlier this year with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, the roles within T3 are all I wanted to get stuck into and more. I am very much enjoying my role here and feel very settled working with the T3 Team…also, mince pie Wednesday and doughnut Friday is always a treat!

Our inclusion in the magazine follows the recent recruitement of a female Graduate Leanne Wood, who has recently joined the Design Team in our Nottingham Office.
We are delighted to be included in the Magazine, which has picked up on our very positive move of recruiting young graduates even in a tough economic climate. Here at T3 we have been kept very busy by our portfolio of customers, and its great to bring in new talented people to the business. We look forward to working with Leanne on our next exciting interiors projects.

We were approached by the Beeb to see if we would be interested in doing a radio piece about Mystery Shopping, which we provide through our sister company T3 Retail Assessments Ltd.

Naturally we were delighted to help, and this afternoon we met with BBC Radio Nottingham’s presenter Mark Dennison where we conducted a dummy Mystery Shop at a well known retail store in Nottingham City Centre.

It was a great experience for us, and the recording is due to go out next week. All being well we should be able to provide a copy of the interview on our website for anyone who missed it.

 T3 also come up with ideas and improvements on our existing design elements and branding which ensures we remain up to date with the latest initiatives without compromising our brand strength, they have even designed bespoke furniture for us.  Their presence at key site meetings ensures they are on hand to answer any design queries.

 Nothing is ever too much trouble and communication from T3  is excellent, updating progress on projects as and when required. Their attention to detail is very good providing plans that both we as a customer and our contractors can use effectively both in the office and on site.

 I would not hesitate in recommending T3 to any retailer who needs a great design for their business and drawings with clarity delivered on time and to an agreed budget.

 On top of all that – they are a bunch of really nice dedicated people who are easy to work with!

This bar has been empty for some time now, and is in desperate need for a makeover. Our task is to come up with a new Interior theme, that will bring this location back to life again.

The Grade 2 listed building does present a number of challenges, and working with the existing architectural features is certainly one of them, but we are confident that our proposals will meet with the approvals of all concerned.

We are well on the way with our designs and we look forward to seeing this one progress into Nottingham’s newest and brightest themed bar.
